The Innovation Lab is a team within the office of Online’s Chief Technology Officer, Tim Siemens. The Innovation Lab connects our customers, and the difficult business problems they are trying to solve, with emerging technology. Using a set of themes, the Innovation Lab will  investigate technical trends industry experts believe will be the foundation of the next generation of digital business models. “Online has a long history of using technology to solve complicated problems,” says Tim Siemens, Chief Technology Officer. “The Innovation Lab, and its Innovation Community, is a mechanism that formalizes the inherent innovative curiosity that is part of the DNA of Onliners and enables them to test the applicability of new technology on real problems”.
