January 26, 2017 – Online Business Systems’ (Online) President and CEO Chuck Loewen has received the University of Manitoba’s Faculty of Science 2017 Honoured Alumni Award for exceptional achievement in computer science. Held on January 26, the honoured alumni awards event celebrated science graduates “who have made remarkable contributions to discovering the unknown, inventing the future, and advancing the well-being of society.”

Chuck Loewen founded Online over 30 years ago and the organization has grown into a leading business and IT consulting firm with over 300 professionals and six offices across North America. Even with the organization’s significant growth, Loewen continues to oversee Online’s day-to-day operations and corporate strategy. He also plays an active role building long-term relationships with clients and partners and in ensuring Online’s culture stays strong as the company continues to grow.
