June 24, 2016 – Online Business Systems (Online), a privately held information technology and business consultancy, today announced the appointment of Ria Neuendorff to the position of Chief People Officer.
Neuendorff joined Online in 1998 in a recruiting role, and most recently held the position of Director, People Care. In addition to continuing to oversee Online’s human resources, recruiting, and immigration functions, she has taken on responsibility for programs that help Onliners grow and develop their technical and leaderships skills, and programs that help maintain and strengthen Online’s culture.
Creation of this new executive position reflects the essential role of people and culture within the company.

Neuendorff’s background is in Marketing and Human Resources in the professional services, petroleum, and manufacturing industries. Currently residing in Minneapolis, she is originally from Winnipeg, where she obtained her B.Comm. degree from the University of Manitoba.
