Online is excited to have Onliner, Adam Kehler speaking at, “Safeguarding Health Information: Building Assurance Through HIPAA Security – 2018” which takes place October 18 – 19, 2018 at the Hyatt Recency, Washington, D.C. This event is co-hosted by NIST and the Department of Health and Human Services, Office for Civil Rights.

Adam will be speaking on the panel and will be exploring the current healthcare cybersecurity Landscape and HIPAA. Sessions will cover diverse topic areas including: IoT and medical device security; updates from government agencies like FDA, ONC, sessions on small provider security and updates from OCR regarding compliance and enforcement activities.
